My salesperson, Paulette Kovarnik, handled everything with ease and made my leasing experience so extremely simple. She even showed me how to use the ten million features on this unbelievable vehicle! Never in my life has it been easier and more enjoyable to take possession of a car - All I had to do was fill out a simple application and sign a few dozen forms! I tried to purchase from another area dealer thinking they were going to take care of me and I had an awful, embarrassing, and humiliating experience trying to deal with them . I went back to Gulf Coast and dealt with John Dean Jr. Closed a no hassle,straight talk, no "hully gully," but no trade in deal in short order. I got the vehicle I wanted. That's the way I like to purchase a vehicle. First time I've ever purchased a vehicle the color I wanted and they had to go to another dealers inventory to accommodate me. I was treated with dignity and respect at Gulf Coast. Always have been. over the past ten years of dealing with them. Had a mis communication on extended warranty but they took care of it promptly in my favor. I can't speak for others, but I had a great experience, twice as a matter of fact. I hope Gulf Coast never reverts to the old razzle dazzle type sales and keeps their sales business simple, straight forward and honest. After my other area experience, this was a breath of fresh air. Best experience ever in buying a new vehicle I just bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I searched on-line, I asked questions on-line, negotiated a price on-line and when it came time to pick up my new I just bought a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. No problem, as it was delivered to my driveway. Best experience ever in buying a new vehicle. But wait thats not all, I received an email about my scheduled maintenance which I could only do on a weekend. No problem my Saturday visit was short and sweet while I sat in the lobby drinking fresh coffee and catching up on email. Facility is clean and away from the hustle of the city.
