Didn't feel pressured or rushed in any type of way. Walked me through there inventory that matched my needs that i had mentioned to him in the beginning. I was very pleased and satisfied with his professionalism and decided to run numbers with a possible purchase, just too see what it would look like. Exceeded my expectations and decided to go ahead and go through with the deal. Alex made my process very smooth and easy and didn't have any complications. Filling out the paperwork was even quick and also not rushed. Mike said it would be no trouble and my deal was not completed until after I was impressed with this dealership. I got off of work latter than normal. Did not waste time Called the dealership and inquired about a vehicle and it’s availability to purchase at my budgeted amount (all in). Was told it was very likely so I changed my plans and went to the dealership to discuss. In 20 minutes I was finished with the purchase - no messing around. They did exactly what they promised over the phone. It was a good experence. I will buy from Gulf Coast again. And I will ask for Alex again. It was a good experience - especially after having been taken for a ride by two other dealerships. More
