I understand the strategy behind this, but as a woman, being given the respect and room to privately converse with my husband about the pros/cons of the vehicles during our inspection of each, was much appreciated. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and fully available and ready to answer any and all questions we had for them. I bought my 2003 Honda CRV at Gulf Coast. Mark, the sales manager, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and HONEST. I have never met a sales person as Honest as Mark Vann. I was looking around the car lot and was interested in a Mercedes and in A BMW SUV. He was not trying to make me buy a car so they can make money as other dealers would. He knew I needed a reliable car with low miles because I was in Nursing School at that time and I will be driving around a lot. He basically convinced me that I should buy Honda or Lexus because they drive great and won't give any trouble. Luckily, they had the Honda CRV with LEATHER interior which is rare to find. The car was extremely clean inside and out and had very low miles. As any used car, there were just a couple tiny and fixable spots on the rear end which they fixed them for me. The car is like brand new and runs great !! I had a great experience at Gulf Coast Auto Sales! I will definitely will buy my next car from them. More

HONEST, HONEST, HONEST people! I bought many new and old cars for myself, friends and family members and for the first time EVER I was dealing with a PROFESSIONALS and CLASSY sales manager as Mark or a Fina cars for myself, friends and family members and for the first time EVER I was dealing with a PROFESSIONALS and CLASSY sales manager as Mark or a Finance Director as Steven. Everything went so, so smoth with NO preasure, haggle or hassle. I bought used Mercedes ML 350 in almost 5 minutes after I drove it and tested it! I had my homework before I went and the price was lower than all the books in the market! They credit me twice and I couldn't believe myself! The first check was to replace the Windshield after I had found a little tiny crack in my way back home after I left their place! As everyone knows, as soon as you step out of the dealer place with one inch, the car is yours even if it has all the problem in the world! I'm very sure that Mark didn't know about the crack because I didn't see it personally when I checked it all over. The second check for the credit of the registration fee. Steven told me he will charge me for some fees and it depend on the DMV. He sent me a check with the difference and that was the first time I got a check from the dealer! Thank GOD, finally I found a GREAT car dealer to deal with and I'll go to buy from them with no doubt and I'll recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks Mark, Thanks Steven and GOD BLESS! More
