Shady Business Practices. I was purchasing a 2015 Cadillac Escalade from out of state and went through all of the financing etc. My credit was pulled 2x once by the dealership and once by the finan Cadillac Escalade from out of state and went through all of the financing etc. My credit was pulled 2x once by the dealership and once by the financing company. I was told by the finance manager I have great credit and the vehicle was locked in and mine. I told him I was even willing to put 5-10K down over the phone but was told they do not do that. They said they would put the financing paperwork in the mail that day (Wednesday) and the vehicle was not going anywhere. The next day (Thursday) I did not receive the paperwork in the mail, So Friday at 9am I called my sales rep to ask what was going on. He informed me that the vehicle had been sold to someone else Thursday evening. I asked him how could this be when I was told the vehicle was being held, my credit was pulled and the paperwork was in the mail. I was told it was his managers decision. I asked for the manager to give me a call. Upon receiving this call the first words out of the manager mouth were "You should be glad you did not purchase that vehicle, let me explain" Then goes on to tell me that it had Transmission issues and shudders when shifting between gears. Then tells me that there were metal shavings in the transmission fluid. So either they sold this car out from under me to someone else and their were not any issues and he is trying to cover his @$$ or he was going to sell me/ sold someone else a vehicle with transmission issues. Either way shady business practices. I do not recommend working with this dealership as you cannot trust them! More

Marcin stay the truck was in excellent condition for a 2011 and was a one owner with low miles. I made an offer on the truck and was declined and a counter offer was made and I told him that I would think about it and give him a call on Nov,30 . Called Marcin on Nov, 30 made an offer on the truck which he excepted and I told him that I would either catch a flight or drive there on December 1, gave a small deposit by credit card which Marcin said he would hold until I showed up there on Saturday morning. After driving 457 miles we showed up on Saturday mid day Marcin had the truck ready clean full of diesel, met with office staff, completed the documentation needed and was out the door within 45 minutes of driving on to the lot . The truck was in excellent condition as advertised and as indicated by Marcin, which was a pleasant surprise as you all know in dealing with certain dealerships. I am a Non since person that likes to make a deal, have everything prepared and in and out the door soon as possible without all the haggling that you get with most dealerships.
