I ordered a bronco raptor from Guess, more specifically from Mark. He kept in great communication with me, giving me any and all updates regarding my order and always addressing my questions and concerns. from Mark. I was afraid to get too excited because I have heard so many horror stories about dealerships cancelling customer orders to sell for more or increasing the price dramatically leading to customers having to accept it or sue but that isn’t how Guess operates. They were honest and straightforward and actually let me know when it came in that it would be alittle less than previously quoted by Ford. Mark was very kind and amazing to work with.
