I had an amazing experience with my Service Advisor Erika and the EV technician who worked on my car. They diagnosed the issue with my turn signal and got it fixed without any hassle. On top of that, they re and the EV technician who worked on my car. They diagnosed the issue with my turn signal and got it fixed without any hassle. On top of that, they replaced all four of my tire sensors and made sure everything was working perfectly before returning the car to me. Shout out to the Technician for finding the problem with my turn signal which was related to software issue. The Technician took the time to update the entire car system (4 hrs update). Their communication was clear, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. They kept me updated, explained everything in detail, and made the entire service visit smooth and stress-free.
