If I could give zero stars that is all your company deserves. My complaints are too numerous to list here. I will never take my vehicle there again. $13,200 was the cost. Tim was the worst “manager” I’ve ever had to deal with. He was very rude! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. They are independently owned so Chevrolet does not help with any grievances you may have. They had my vehicle 3 times for the same repair over 4 weeks.. More
We unexpectedly found ourselves needing to buy a new car after ours broke down and the repair costs were just too high. It was definitely a stressful situation, especially since we had our four-year-old dau after ours broke down and the repair costs were just too high. It was definitely a stressful situation, especially since we had our four-year-old daughter with us and ended up being at the dealership for hours. Our salesman, Alan, was incredibly patient and professional the entire time. Even when my daughter spilled hot chocolate all over the floor (which was mortifying as a parent), everyone handled it so kindly and professionally. No one made us feel uncomfortable, and they were genuinely sweet about the whole situation. I was pretty overwhelmed walking in, but by the end of the process I felt taken care of. For a brand-new car, I truly felt like they worked with us and brought the price down to something very reasonable. I really appreciated their transparency and effort.
