We traveled from out of state to purchase this vehicle, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The sales agent we worked with did not disclose that it was his last and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The sales agent we worked with did not disclose that it was his last day, and it showed in the level of service we received. We were rushed through the process, and once the paperwork was signed and the deposit was made, we were sent on our way without any walkthrough of the vehicle. This was especially concerning since the car is electric, and we were given no explanation of its features or operation. Shortly after leaving, we discovered that the navigation system and OnStar were not working, along with other features. Because of this, we had to turn around and bring the vehicle back to the dealership’s service department. We were then left without the vehicle overnight, as it was not returned to us until the following morning. This forced us to stay an additional night in a hotel and miss work, causing unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. In addition, we were told that we were required to purchase an extra protection package in order to buy the vehicle, even though we clearly stated we did not want it. We felt pressured and had no choice but to agree. However, before leaving with the vehicle, we were informed that the protection package they sold us did not even apply to the car. At that point, they offered to send us a refund check. This raises serious concerns. If the package was never applicable, why were we told it was required in the first place? And why was it only removed after their mistake, rather than honoring our request to decline it from the beginning? To make matters worse, at no point did the dealership offer any form of compensation or attempt to make things right, despite the significant inconvenience, added expenses, and lost time we experienced as a direct result of their actions. This entire experience reflects poor management, lack of transparency, and unprofessional sales practices. Customers should not be misled, pressured into unnecessary add-ons, or left without proper guidance especially when making a significant purchase like a vehicle. We are requesting a full explanation of these issues, along with reimbursement for the unexpected expenses we incurred due to the dealership’s negligence. More

I recently brought my wife’s 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe in for a recall and an oil service, and the experience was exceptionally efficient. At that time, our sales representative assured us that any necessary adjustments would be honored throughout our ownership. I am pleased to report that both the Service Manager and Service Advisor upheld that commitment, performing what we hope is a final adjustment.
