Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally report a concerning experience we had with Jose Partida from the finance department during our recent attempt to complete a purchase. During the financing process, Mr. Partida repeatedly insisted that we purchase accessory insurance that we clearly stated we did not want or need. He then informed us that if we refused to purchase this insurance, all of our previously agreed-upon discounts would be removed. This statement felt coercive and misleading, as it appeared our discounts were being used as leverage to force the purchase of additional products. We made it clear that we wished to proceed without the accessory insurance; however, we were told that doing so would negatively impact the deal. This approach made us feel pressured and uncomfortable, and ultimately it led to us walking away from the transaction entirely. We believe this conduct does not reflect transparent or ethical business practices and wanted to bring it to your attention for review. We would have preferred to complete the purchase, but the experience left us with no confidence in the process. Thank you for taking the time to review this matter.
