I don't know how they are at selling cars but their service department is horrible. They kept my car for 22 days. At first they advised that although I had an appointment they were unable to work on my service department is horrible. They kept my car for 22 days. At first they advised that although I had an appointment they were unable to work on my car because there was no service bay available. Then they admitted that they had no technician trained on suspensions and I would have to pay their hourly rate while he learned about suspensions and tried to figure out what to do. Then they stopped answering the phone and returning calls. Finally after 22 days and more than a thousand dollars, I got my car back. This is the third time I have had a really bad service experience there. I note that every time I have gone they have a completely new staff from Service Manager on down. It may be some time before they get competent. Meanwhile I recommend that you steer clear of this group. More

Buying a car from Grubbs was the most relaxed & nonpressure experience ever. The sales department was great & was very attentive to our needs as well as our wishes. Most sales managers sit behind a glass wall and never visit with the buyers, not Darien. He made my daughter feel special & made her feel like she was a queen. He assisted her with programming her phone to the car, he answered all her questions about the car & simply just took the time to include her into the deal. Wow. Rude, pushy, dishonest, and obvious sales tactics. From the horrible experience with the salesperson (I won’t go into details yet), to the almost lau Rude, pushy, dishonest, and obvious sales tactics. From the horrible experience with the salesperson (I won’t go into details yet), to the almost laughably bad experience with the “financial manager”, to the useless general “manager” who I shared my horrible experience with after he reached out (then he didn’t respond to any of that or try to make it better)—it’s been like going from the same type of person over and over. I would love to speak with a higher up. Who is running this company? Grubbs—you can do so much better. We bought the car we wanted (we were not sold a vehicle—if anything we wanted to leave several times but wanted a specific vehicle they had on the way—I’d not willingly give this guy the commission), despite the salesperson trying to push the original vehicle I looked at on me (clearly trying to move the floor model—which had quite a bit of damage btw). He flat out made a rude remark about me preferring a different color vehicle (and a higher priced version of the vehicle) because I changed my mind. How dare you, woman? There’s so much more. I’m sure (?) not all the salespeople are this way there. But the finance manager and at least one of the general managers was not helpful at all. And beyond that, they were not good (being careful with my words here). The only good things I’ve experienced was their newly remodeled waiting and sales area. And I’ve had good vehicle service in the past. But if I were you, unless you know the exact vehicle you want to buy and are ok dealing with certain types of individuals (and them getting a commission off of you after maybe even treating you badly and being disrespectful), then I’d go somewhere else to buy your Volvo. More
