Tires were rotated however whomever aired up the tires did a sloppy job of airing up the tires at the SAME weight. My truck shows when I first start up the truck 4 different numbers. 37,38,39,36. Eventually the front tires get to 41 and one of the back tires gets to 40 and the other gets to 39. So I am not happy with the discrepancy and poor quality of workmanship to detail that I would expect from a Nissan Dealership. I pay top dollar and I expect the best. Otherwise I could have easily gotten my stuff done way more cheaper and way more closer. So now I need to go to Discount Tires and get them to fix the air in the tires. I hope that is all that is wrong and nothing else. More

Mike, my salesman, was very honest and caring. However, his hands were tied when it came to certain aspects of the sale. We were charged $2995 over the listed selling price of the vehicle we chose However, his hands were tied when it came to certain aspects of the sale. We were charged $2995 over the listed selling price of the vehicle we chose. Mike explained that the dealership was 'just passing on the cost of the CPO inspection'. In my research I have found Grubbs Nissan is the only dealership charging customers for the inspection. I also found out the inspection fee charged to Grubbs is between $595 and $795. Yes, I got scammed, I won't be scammed again. I hope this prevents someone else from being scammed. More
