I really like the customer service was great, 1 thing was they over charge me, I have a Nissan Juke 2012 and took it for oil change. They charge 49.99 without my 10 dollars coupon, at the end of transaction they over charge me, I have a Nissan Juke 2012 and took it for oil change. They charge 49.99 without my 10 dollars coupon, at the end of transaction they added back 10.00 fee which it was back for 48.02 don't make sense. So i will call back to have 10 dollars refunded back. I’m not usually the type to complain because I work in I’m not usually the type to complain because I work in the customer service industry so with that being said, I don’t like making bad reviews but I’m not usually the type to complain because I work in the customer service industry so with that being said, I don’t like making bad reviews but I couldn’t let this one go. I don’t like people messing with my money or wasting my time. Let me start by saying I am satisfied with my salesperson Kaye, she was amazing the entire time of my car purchase. I am highly upset with how unprofessional the finance team is ran by this dealership. I had purchase my vehicle end of March 2020 and also bought extended warranty through Grubbs with a 60 day timeframe to cancel. I had cancel that warranty May 9, 2020. JEREMY, the so called finance manager, is the one I have an issue with. He told me it would take 8-10 weeks for the cancellation/refund to process. Okay, I’m fine with that. I wait until about 10 weeks later to call my lien holder and they said they’ve never received anything. I’m a little confused now so I gave Grubbs finance dept a call and left a voicemail. NO ONE ever answers. I press 0 to get a hold of a live person and all I get is the run around from them. It seems like the only voicemail I can get through to is a person name Thuy at the finance dept. I left voicemails and never once received a call back. I called one early morning and Thuy picked up and he did not help me at all. He just told me to wait 10-12 weeks and check my next statement and to ask for Jeremy next time. Wow. Another useless person getting paid for no reason. He could’ve at least looked into my paperwork and see where the process was at. Not once did Jeremy personally reached out to me to keep me updated. I reached out to Kaye and she’s been more than helpful with this nightmare. I’m constantly calling to get an update and no one can give me a straight answer. I would have personally went to the dealership to get an answer but my family and I moved to a different state due to military orders. Fast forward SEPTEMBER 2020, I had my husband call the dealership this time and as soon as he got off the phone, I get a phone call from someone at the dealership saying my warranty was never canceled and they’ll expedite the process. What do you mean EXPEDITE???! ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS! I’m completely aggravated now! What in the xxxxing world has Jeremy been doing if he’s not doing his job?! He doesn’t have a single ounce of decency or respect to reach out to me to let me know he xxxxed up. Throw the whole xxxx finance dept away and get yourself new employees. I would never do business with this place again or recommend this dealership to anyone. Do yourself a favor and save your money, time, and a headache!!! More
I took my vehicle in to have my tires rotated. As usual, the customer service from Donny was excellent! And the service was quick. I am always treated friendly and professionally. Jon Tucker is the BEST advisor at Grubbs Nissan service center. Have bought 2 cars from Grubbs and have been a customer since 2012 and he by far is the best advisor I have ever dealt with. Had to have my car towed in for service to this Nissan dealership which was my first time using this location. I was very pleased with the service from the minute I walk in the door until I left. Dan Tran, approached me with a very positive greeting and fun friendly attitude. I love him.! After gathering my information, I explained that I'm a returning customer and all my information was already on file... made it even quicker with no wait time. Dan, was awesome! He explained how long it would be, was honest, genuine, and very professional. He then asked if there was any other questions I had or services I may need... Dan explained, who would be servicing my vehicle, introduced us and off I went. Even asked if I had or may need a ride. Very kool.! I left my car, and once it was time to pick up the process was smooth and professional. I arrived, waited for less than 10 minutes and was ready to check out. The paperwork took no time at all... and the young lady's and the check out desk was very polite and professional as well.. While my car was being pulled up, DAN, allowed me to meet my service tech CHAD, who was very courteous and understanding on all my needs updated me about my vehicle and had a genuine pleasant conversation in regards to services, recommendations, and other aspects to help improve the performance of my vehicle. Amongst meeting CHAD, to my surprise is DONNY whom I had the pleasure to meet on my first visit.. Donny was #Thetruth I meet him on my first visit and he took great care of me during my visit. He showed professionalism and customer service above the highest level... I was blown away by it... I have never seen a group of professionals with the amount of passion and care for their business... Donny was a true leader and I seen it the moment I arrived. It was so awesome to see these guys all passionate about helping their customers feel at ease, safe about their vehicles and comfortable. These guys took care of me and my vehicle.. Asked if I was okay, to come sit inside the cool building, asked if I needed water for the hot weather temperatures of TEXAS and even followed up with me before during and after my visit. Dan, Chad, & Donny are the AVENGERS of GRUBBS NISSAN!!... and I hope to continue to see their faces as I continue to come for all my vehicle servicing needs... You guys are the REAL DEAL!.
