-0 I have never been so disrespected by a dealer in my life. Your service director. Dan Tran, withheld information concerning the repairs to my vehicle. When I asked about the work that was done, he told life. Your service director. Dan Tran, withheld information concerning the repairs to my vehicle. When I asked about the work that was done, he told me that he was not going to provide that to me, then said now what. I asked to speak to upper management at the dealership. Only to be told that I was going to have the police called on me if I did not leave. I was not give any information on what was done to my vehicle while it was there for 8 days. I will a every chance tell people about the experience at you dealership. More

As soon as I called Grubbs Nissan they set an appointment for my requested recall to be done and they order the parts they need to complete the repair and as soon as they call me to bring my car they get it for my requested recall to be done and they order the parts they need to complete the repair and as soon as they call me to bring my car they get it done in the same day and they order me a Lyft.to take me back home and back to the dealer when they finish my repair,I’m happy with the service.
