Rachid is just an absolute joy to work with, he works extremely hard to help every customer reach their goal of getting a brand new Nissan. In my case I had a truly excellent 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and Rachid called me to say he and Grubbs would love to put me in an upgraded model of a @024 Nissan Pathfinder. At first I was skeptical but Rachid worked his magic and made it financially possible. And it didn't stop there, when I arrived at the dealership he had everything ready to go, he pony out all the wonderful new safety features of this car and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I carelessly backed into my garage and hit my passenger mirror on the molding of the garage. Could not drive around town with a broken mirror. Took the car into Grubbs and Brandon Chapman was the service mirror on the molding of the garage. Could not drive around town with a broken mirror.
