Found just the car we wanted on Car Guru. It was at Grubbs in Bedford Texas. We live in Jacksonville, over 2 hours away. Contacted used car dealer, it was still available. Went with check in hand to buy the car. It was a “fair” deal- not a great deal, but it was what I wanted. Arrived to the dealership and there was only one other customer, lots of sales people. Took the car for a test drive and came back, we were ready to buy the car at the fair deal price. Not a great deal but ok with that. Coming back into the dealership a female sales rep grabs the keys and all of a sudden “someone showed up too test drive the car” again, no other customer except the one already noted any where on the show room floor. They made us sit for over 30 minutes until the pretend customer brought the car back. Then the manager said we would need to pay an extra $3,000 for “ conditioning “ the car!!!!!!!! Again this car is not a great deal , just a fair deal. ONLY reason we stayed was because the sales representative we were given had just started working there and we are too nice. Finally got the car at the listed fair price BUT it took over 3 hours. This could have been done in 30 minutes!!!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!! Poor morals, poor management, deceitful, untrustworthy, and just plain wrong. Shame on you Grubbs. Your mother would not be proud of you!! More

Sal and the Grubb’s Nissan Service Team are awesome! ! Although I did not purchase my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum from Grubb’s, they were able to diagnose my issue in less than 2 hours and then provi ! Although I did not purchase my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum from Grubb’s, they were able to diagnose my issue in less than 2 hours and then provide an ETA for resolution. My new SUV was shifting into Neutral and shutting off randomly when I braked. Extremely scary situation!! I did not get the help I needed at the dealership where I made the purchase and was quite frustrated and disappointed. Nissan Consumer Affairs recommended Grubb’s Nissan and I am so glad they did. Sal knew right away that I had a defective fuel pump that needed replacing. I now feel much safer. More

The sales manager made me fight for a good deal even though I have been a loyal customer since 1994. I was livid. I only stayed with the dealership because Jeff Norris the service rep.
