Message to the owner: Ethan, You all still owe me a bed liner that was promised and agreed with my purchase. The level of disrespect from you and your finance guy is just unacceptable. Bought 2023 Pathfinder. Great experience. Recently took my 2019 for transmission issues. Ended up having to by rebuilt transmission. Over $8300. My issue is warranty. I was Great experience. I was surprised to find out that Nissan uses suppliers that don’t warranty what they sell. At least that’s what service rep told me. Grubbs gave me 12 month warranty on installation, not sure about transmission. The quote I got from transmission shop was $1000 cheaper & had 2 year warranty. Decided to pay up thinking dealer would back what they sell. That was wrong. Like my 2 Nissans, but not sure I’d buy another one. Selling parts from suppliers with no warranty is bad business. More
