I would not ever go to this service department again. The service advisor lied about the time to get a diagnosis of repairs needed. The total repair cost was much higher than others talked about on the internet. I should have taken my car to the local garage that I have used for years. They are more reasonably priced. However they couldn't get to the repair as quickly as I was told by phone before taking the car to this service department. More
