I went to test drive a new MDX. Had the numbers been right, I would have purchased a vehicle with them that day. However, once we sat down to discuss price, I learned that this dealership is adding a $1 right, I would have purchased a vehicle with them that day. However, once we sat down to discuss price, I learned that this dealership is adding a $10,000 market adjustment to new car purchases, and nearly $5,000 worth of dealer add-ons to the car that were not removable. So, $15,000 above MSRP is the price they were asking. At one point they had a $78,000 price in front of me! Complete lunacy. Save your time, don't go to this dealership. After this experience, I contacted several Acura dealerships in Dallas, Houston and Austin and began comparing out-the-door prices. Yes, most dealerships have add-ons that are "non-negotiable." However, I did not come across ANY other dealerships with a market adjustment. The dealer add-on charges ranged from $1,000-$7,500. Do your research, talk to several dealerships to make sure you're getting a decent price. You will not get a decent price at this dealership. More
I wish I could give a zero stars rating! This Acura dealership does not provide the level of customer service that I am accustomed to receiving at other Acura dealerships in the DFW metroplex! I found dealership does not provide the level of customer service that I am accustomed to receiving at other Acura dealerships in the DFW metroplex! I found a used car I wanted to purchase. I called to ensure the vehicle was still available and physically there, and I also made an appointment. I drove over an hour to the dealership! I arrived to the dealer with my drivers license and auto insurance in hand ready to test drive the vehicle. I was told the person I had an appointment with was not available because he was with another customer. Then, the manager assigned another salesperson to assist me. Next, they proceed to make a copy of my drivers license and insurance. Then, they could not find car or the keys. I waited and waited, but the vehicle and keys were no where to be found. So, I drove back home, and the sales manager sent me a text message saying the vehicle was available and requesting that I make another appointment. That truly showed the level of service that I received starts at the top with this dealer. A manager and a true leader would never send a text to a customer that was physically there and left! A true leader would do whatever it takes to complete transactions and create customers for life. This dealer demonstrated that they could care less about assisting their customers! The behavior of their sales team and their leaders truly has me running to another dealer to purchase a car! I will never ever, ever go to this dealership for anything! Their level of customer service is the worst! All I wanted to do was test drive the car and have the dealer send a purchase order to my credit union for the dealer to receive the funds! They clearly did not understand the assignment! I will not allow any dealership to waste my time like this! Please save yourself the frustration of wasting your time with this dealer. They clearly do not know how to serve customers that are ready to purchase a vehicle. More
I was very excited to have found a car that looked great and was told it had additional equipment along with the comparable features I had on my Honda on their lot. I went immediately up there to test driv and was told it had additional equipment along with the comparable features I had on my Honda on their lot. I went immediately up there to test drive it. During the test drive I again asked if all the safety features and equipment were comparable such as lane assist, blind spot, cross traffic alert in rear camera etc. I was reassured that yes it did and when the car was ready they would show me exactly how to turn on all the features. We reached a deal i felt was fair for the used vehicle that was one yr newer then the car i was trading in. I signed the paperwork and was told to return the car the next day due to my concern with taking possession of a car that had damage on it that they agreed to fix and wanting a list verifying all the features. I brought the car back and when speaking with the person i was supposed to leave it with asked if he could tell me how to turn on the features i asked for. He informed me that this car did not offer two of the most important safety equipment i wanted which was the blind spot and back up cross traffic alert. I then called the sales rep and he told me that it did and he assured me he would show me how to turn it on when i picked up. I kept the loaner and flew out of town only to have the dealership call me and state they had sold the loaner i was in and would need to pick it up at the airport. I gave them the location where it was parked and they took the loaner and told me that they would meet me at curbside for pick up when i arrived with a new loaner till we got the issue with the car resolved. When i was about to fly home i received a call stating that they would not be bringing me a loaner but instead the car i had purchased as i now had to accept it as is and that the equipment i kept asking about is NOT on this car but i own it now and must take delivery. I refused to accept the new car and again asked how i was supposed to get from the airport. I even texted my sales guy when i arrived very late and asked him if i had to shuttle to hotel and then uber to work with no response. As of this morning I have now been ubering to my destinations with only one text asking if i will be in today to pick up my car. At this time i feel they have misrepresented a car i was purchasing and again would have taken immediately if it had the right equipment i specifically was inquiring about. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP as i truly had heard very positive things about them and felt like i would be treated in a great manner as I had never bought a used car before but thought it would be a like experience to my new car deal. My best experience at a dealership ever. Armani was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to really help us look through all of the possible car options that met our criteria, and once incredibly helpful and professional. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Armani and the dealership overall. Absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for their next car! More
