These are the most dishonest people I have ever met in my life. Buyer beware! If you are purchasing from them, they will try to charge you a 10,000 market adjustment. If you say no, they will drop it down life. Buyer beware! If you are purchasing from them, they will try to charge you a 10,000 market adjustment. If you say no, they will drop it down but then find a way to "make-up" the difference by charging you twice for destination and handling. Make sure you go over everything with a fine tooth comb! If not, you're going to be overcharged!! With absolutely NO CHANCE of a refund or even a response. STAY AWAY!! I have tried to reach an agreement to no avail. They know for the amount owed me 1695.00 it’s not worth getting a lawyer but they haven’t thought about a class action!! Anyone else feel the same? More

The Grubbs Acura Dealership personnel were helpful and knowlegible regarding the vehicles my wife and I were interested in. Walid Naga was the Sales Agent that approached us. We had a couple other cars to review before we would make a decision. Once we decided on the Acura we researched a couple other dealers. Ultimately my wife and decided purchase from Grubbs because our experience with Walid was great. The time and patience provided was fantastic. We had not purchased a new car since 2008 and was fearful do to some of the horror stories we heard from friends regarding their car purchase experiences at local dealers. I realize the car market is absolutely absurd right now. I am a very experienced car buyer so I know what to ask and what information is important. I know most dealerships are adding an addendum to the MS I am a very experienced car buyer so I know what to ask and what information is important. I know most dealerships are adding an addendum to the MSRP on new vehicles, but when I asked this dealership if they were adding the addendum to their cars they flat out lied and told me no. They led me through the whole car buying process and then at the very end sprung the $5000 addendum on me! Until we as consumers get smarter places like this will continue to rip us off. These “market adjustments” are just a way for businesses to price gouge us. Stop buying people and they will drop their prices! More
