After we spend one week, communicating with the sales rep on the Acura car, we visited the dealer, to see the shortlisted Acura MDX preowned cars. After seeing the cars for couple of hours, The Sales Manager on the Acura car, we visited the dealer, to see the shortlisted Acura MDX preowned cars. After seeing the cars for couple of hours, The Sales Manager Mr. Will, stated that the online prices will have $5000 dealership fee on TOP. That was a big surprise!!! We had no option, but to leave the showroom. Please don’t waste your time with this dealer. Lot of hidden charges !!! More

We are a small business and they completely screwed us despite their claims that "they always do right by the customer". The price on the sticker is not what you will pay for a pre-owned vehicle. They will That offer had an additional line item in the amount of $2,500 for what our sales person claimed was a non-waivable fee to cover a 3-point verification and any additional work that needed to be completed on the truck. We went ahead and purchased it with the agreement that they would take care of the engine light. They had the vehicle for 5-6 weeks after we purchased, had to send it to another mechanic and then when it was diagnosed as having a major issue they refused to cover the cost of the repairs, which turned out to be +$7K. We have had nothing but trouble with that vehicle. Of the 6 months we've owned it it's been in the shop 4.5. We have called and emailed everyone from the VP of marketing to the COO and no one will make any effort to make it right. Not only was there a major issue clearly apparent with the truck (indicated by the light), they didn't keep their promise to repair it despite charging us an additional fee AND the emissions system was disconnected. They entire process was disappointing, costly and could have been a dangerous vehicle. They are liars, thief's and horribly disrespectful and uncaring. We are taking them to court. Never purchase a vehicle from any of their dealerships. More
Bought a used car in the middle of August and before the end of August the check engine light was on. They have you pay extra for some crap inspections they go through. If you can get someone to call you end of August the check engine light was on. They have you pay extra for some crap inspections they go through. If you can get someone to call you back ever, they tell you to bring the car to them, they will get it fixed, then a week later, when you call them to see what's going on with the car, they tell you it will be $900 dollars to fix one of the 3 problems with it. They also tell you that because the car was working when it left the lot, it is not their problem. Someone did call and said they would fix 2 of the problems for $250 each, but that was the best they could do. I agreed and when I picked up the car the next day, they only had the tools to fix 1 problem. They didn't even change out the cabin air filter on the car. More
I bought a preowned car on September 13, 2023. I told him thanks but I was leaving. They then took about $2500 dollars off. We eventually settled on a price and I told them I would consider it and left. We talked the next day and told them I needed two items fixed and I would buy the car at the stated price. He told me he needed 2 hours to get the items done. I showed up two hours later and the car was not ready. They claimed they could do the items but I would need to come back. They knew I was driving 45 miles each way so I told them I was not coming back and they eventually agreed to knock $200 off the price to accommodate not making 2 more trips to fix it. I waited another 2 hours for them to allegedly finish detailing the car. I paid with a cashier’s check with the previously agreed price and the finance manager promised I would see my $200 refund in 1 week. Three weeks later and multiple phone calls and voicemails with no response from their accounting department. Beyond disgusted. I would heartily advise anyone to avoid this dealership. Worst customer service experience I have ever had in 35 years as an adult. It’s just $200 dollars but it is clear as day on the paperwork and I am considering a small claims court filing just for the principal of making them respond in court since they just can’t do the right thing on their own. My father always taught me to be wary of salespeople. My anxiety was overwhelming as I opened the entrance door. I was approached by a smiling man, Trevor Standard. A genuine smile. Mr. Standard went above and beyond to insure that I knew exactly what was happening step by step. I was impressed by his professionalism, charisma, and his authenticity. I will recommend this dealership and more specifically, Mr. Standard, to any and everyone. More

I recently purchased a used Acura MDX from this Grubbs Acura dealership. I signed all the papers on Saturday late evening, and they didn’t ask me for the payment, and they promised me that they will deliv Acura dealership. I signed all the papers on Saturday late evening, and they didn’t ask me for the payment, and they promised me that they will deliver the car on next week Wednesday after 3 step verification (for which they are charging $2500). Meanwhile they started the loan process, so thought that I have to clear all payments on Wednesday before receiving car. I called Dealership on Wednesday to know the delivery time and I got shocked with their statement. They sold the car to other customer on Tuesday. And again, I went to Dealership on Thursday to collect all my signed documents. But they apologized and offered me other used MDX. And I paid the advance amount on the same day and they started the loan process, they included $2500 for 3 step verification. After two days I picked up the car from the dealership and headed to home. But on the way I got some knocking sounds from front left tire, immediately I headed back to dealership. After investigation, they found out its major issue and ordered the parts. They covered the charges for this repair with my warranty vendor (I paid $4500 for car warranty since it is used card). After one month, they updated me that the service is done and I can pick up the car, now I found out the door handle got broken and car is vibrating when I apply break. Really very disappointed with this dealership and suggesting all of not go to this Dealer. 1. They sold the car which I already signed 2. They covered the service charges for car which I am yet to take. 3. They charged $2500 for 3 step verification, but just they did car wash, no other checks were done. Exactly after 50 days, I got Transmission System Problem and Blind Spot Info System Problem. Please find attached pics as proof. Now I regret myself for buying the car from Grubbs Acura. And my sincere suggestion would is, don’t go with Grubbs Acura for used cars, if you buy any used card from this dealership, you will definitely regret like me. More
Acura should pull their franchise, as this is one of the shadiest dealers I've dealt with in 40 years of car buying. Absolutely don't bother, they try old school high pressure tactics, try to charge for 'c shadiest dealers I've dealt with in 40 years of car buying. Absolutely don't bother, they try old school high pressure tactics, try to charge for 'certifying' and "activating" a CPO warranty. They won't do business over the web, which is how I purchased a 3 Acura vehicles I currently own. If interested in an Acura, go to Goodson or Park Place, where they will give you a price and that's that. I should have known better but as Grubbs was only 15 minutes from home, figured I'd give them a shot....4 hours of my life I won't get back. In contrast, both Goodson and Park Palce, we agreed on price over email/phone, walked into dealership to sign paperwork, in/out in about an hour....Grubbs wouldn't even take a deposit over the phone. If I were Acura Corporate I'd pull Grubbs from their dealership list, as they don't represent the brand well and treat customers very poorly. Don't waste your time with this scam of a dealership! If you're going to sell a vehicle to this dealership save the trouble and sell to someone else. Been waiting almost a full month and have yet to get a check for my vehicle. I was told I would get a check in the trouble and sell to someone else. Been waiting almost a full month and have yet to get a check for my vehicle. I was told I would get a check in a week and over three weeks later still no check. When I spoke to manager he said it takes 14 days from the time they pay off my vehicle for them to get a title and then they cut a check. They paid off vehicle almost immediately after I sold them the vehicle and sign all paper work. Have had zero communication as to when my check will be mailed. If this is the way they do business when buying a vehicle from a consumer, I can only imagine the headache you will have when buying one from them. I'm currently in the process of buying another Acura but will not be with them. More
