Williecaroline069 I cannot find you in our system to find out what happened on your visit with us. Could you please give me a call or come by the store so we can figure out what was going on or why it was taking so long. We are actually very proficient in our sales process because we are extremely transparent on our pricing in the market and our trade process maybe takes us less than 10 minutes! So, the only thing I can think of is a credit decision from a bank or credit union we might have been waiting on?
