It was a great buying experience,Fred did a great job explaining the benefits of doing the deal with Prime,financing,features of the new Civic and just an all around GREAT job. He`s a keeper!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Maria-she knows the product inside and out and has top knotch customer service skills. She has a willing can-do attitude and really listens to the customer's wants and needs. I always feel that I am treated with fairness and honesty and that I got the best deal possible. I had owned my very first car for 6 years and it lasted me all the way through high school and college. A friend of mine gave me Michael Brown's, of Prime Honda in Saco, number and let me know that as a Prime sales person Mike was able to sell any new or used Honda specifically but also that he was able to sell any other used Prime vehicle. This versatility was very intriguing to me. I gave Mike a call and he was not only professional, but also very informative and in tuned to what I was looking for in a car. I was particularly interested in Toyota vehicles so Mike did his research and based on the descriptions of what I wanted, had the perfect car waiting for me to test drive when I got to the dealership. I could tell that through the whole process Mike was on my side and would do what he could to get me the car that I wanted for a price that I could work with. He was a helping hand throughout the whole car buying process and truly put me into a no-pressure situation by letting me know to make the best decision for myself and to take as much time as I needed. I went to many dealers looking for a dependable used car within my price range. Unfortunately, my son had just totalled his car and needed transportation to commute to college on a daily basis. It was very difficult in trying to find a car which we could afford until we saw the Buick LeSabre on Prime's lot. Phil went over his list of cars available and pointed this car out to us. It was a car that I thought my wife would like but not necessarily my son's type but it worked out great for us. My wife liked the car upon a visit the following day and we purchased it for her. My son liked my wife's Impala so everyone came out happy. Phil did a great job in listening to our needs and assisted us in a no-pressure way of obtaining a much needed replacement verhicle. I visited the Prime Honda North dealership searching for a late-model, used Acura. Maria walked me around the lot and showed me what this dealership currently had available but I still didn't find exactly a late-model, used Acura. Maria then logged on to the web site of their sister dealerships in New Hampshire and found me the perfect vehicle! She then had the car shipped to the Saco dealership (in only one business day!) so I could have a no-obligation look and test drive of the vehicle. We quickly agreed upon a price for the Acura, including my trade-in vehicle, and completed the entire transaction in a matter of days. A few weeks after the sale I contacted Maria about a few items missing in the vehicle that I expected to have. She was quick and consistent in responding to my requests and went the extra mile to make sure I received factory new replacements at no additonal cost. Maria strived to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase and proved this to be true even after the sale was complete.
