Group 1 Honda Saco

I contacted Maria Surprenant last October to alert her that my current lease would be ending soon and that I was interested in continuing with Prime Honda and possibly a 2009 Civic EXL standard. On February 28th, 2009 I met with Maria, test drove again, and settled on a 2009 Civic EXL w/leather interior for a really good deal. I know that I will personally seek Maria to assist me with my next purchase at Prime Honda. She is personable, professional, and an extremely nice person (if that counts for anything anymore). It certainly mattered to me and I will purchase my next Honda from Prime Honda with Maria Surprenant's assistance in 2012 because she is a great salesperson. I made an appointment to discuss terminating a lease to buy a new Honda and was blown off by the salesperson. Since we leased our 06 Honda with Prime Saco, we decided to try them one more time. They adve buy a new Honda and was blown off by the salesperson. Since we leased our 06 Honda with Prime Saco, we decided to try them one more time. They advertised an 09 Honda Pilot LX for $24,997. On the website, they did not have any LX's available for sale. There were none at the dealership. This is a classic bait and switch. When we arrived, we asked for four prices: lease or buy an 09 Pilot EX or lease or buy a CRV EXL. Two hours later we were still there without any answers. At one point, they took our car keys, so that we were unable to leave. Fred kept excusing himself to do this or that to extend our time at the dealership. Eventually, I asked for my car keys, at which point an extremely over-inflated lease deal for the Pilot was produced. Zach came out and threw down the offer in disgust when we said we were leaving. This would have been our fourth Honda and we were absolutely ready to buy. I will call Honda Finance and turn in the lease anywhere else. I am never going back there again, and they have lost a loyal Honda customer. More

I made a trip to Prime Honda with the intention of looking for a new car, not really knowing exactly what I was looking for, but knowing that I wanted to purchase a Honda. I found the sales staff to be very friendly and accomadating to my questions and inquires. They were informative as to the benefits and any negatives that might come along with a particuliar car model or type. They also allowed to to test drive a number of cars to see which one I felt the most comfortable with. Six months later my car still runs great and I'm happy with the purchase I made from Prime. We went in on a Saturday to try out a new Honda Pilot with our 2 children ages 6 and 10. We loved the car and decided to purchase it. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, curteous and moved things al with our 2 children ages 6 and 10. We loved the car and decided to purchase it. My husband and I were looking to get into a Honda CR-V. Prime was the first dealership we went to. Phil Young was really helpful, friendly and really knew what he was talking about, and was definately NOT Prime was the first dealership we went to. We really liked the CR-V that we test drove but wanted to think about it for the weekend. Phil called back on Monday, and let us know that he found another '07 CR-V that he thought we'd really like. My husband went down on Tuesday to check it out and we went back that evening to purchase it. Phil and TracieAnn could not have been more helpful and friendly during the purchase process. They were both really easy to work with. It needed to have a couple scrathes buffed out and a new windshield put on, so we were not getting it that night. Phil called me every other day during the week to let me know of the progress of our car. We picked it up on Monday, just in time for a snow storm. Phil called again to see if everything was going alright in the snow. I would totally recommend Phil Young, Tracie Ann and Prime Honda to anyone. More
