I went to this dealership because I wanted to use gmc. My check engine light came on due to trash in my diesel. It was there for two weeks. The communication between our two parties was terrible. When you purchase a vehicle over $100k, it should not matter where the service comes from as long as it’s a gmc dealer. I am thankful that I will not have to use them again. FYI, I was out of state when this happened or I would have used my local dealership. My dealership has apologized for Group 1’s handling of this entire service. More
Went in with an oil leak and they said the oil leak seems to be coming from the oil sensor? No the oil pan plug was cracked which they somehow missed or they somehow broke when they changed our oil. They sai to be coming from the oil sensor? No the oil pan plug was cracked which they somehow missed or they somehow broke when they changed our oil. They said we had a coolant leak but when taking to a German car specialist he told us the computer needed to be recalibrated and something is up with the sensor. We called Beck and asked what they could do for us. Nothing was done for us. When taking our car in for oil changes they gave us a problem saying they don’t do complimentary oil changes which involved more of a mess even before all of this happened. So if you want a business that won’t help you out, tell you the wrong things, lie to you, and bad customer service then go for it. More
