Scammed me on a warranty; the salesman told me I had a much longer warranty than I did. I spoke to the manager, Moses Ramirez, and he told me that I was wronged and offered to sell me another warranty. Sc much longer warranty than I did. I spoke to the manager, Moses Ramirez, and he told me that I was wronged and offered to sell me another warranty. Scamming pieces of xxxx who will screw you over and try to charge you more. I contacted them over 5 times by email, 3 times on their website, and called over 12 times. His employees will lie for him; his secretary will not allow you to speak directly to him and will lie for him all hours of the day. I had to get lucky and say I was someone else so they would transfer my call appropriately. Make sure you confirm all they tell you online because they will lie to your face More

I took my SUV in for service more then $8k; they took a week, even though I had been told it would take three days. I have to cancel mi appointment in Mexico, Less than two days later, the new shock absorb week, even though I had been told it would take three days.
