We went to many dealerships in the Dallas area in mid 2025 researching the Pacifica. One was Group 1 CDJR of Rockwall where we met Shirley James. She was the only salesperson we had talked with that was patient with us and did not harass us weekly about if we were ready yet. This made her and Group 1 CDJR of Rockwall our only choice. The icing on the cake was she was busy when we went back but instead of making us wait, she introduced us to Chris Miles who really has the FORCE with him. He was great.
