From the moment I contacted Beck and Masten’s service department, I was greeted by customer service care representative Westley “Wes” and provided a clear path of what needed to be handled in order to get my vehicle taken care of. Westley provided fair timelines and clear communication. The process felt effortless, and my vehicle was taken care of on time and as promised. Westley provided ample feedback as well as options to ensure my vehicle would continue to perform as designed. This experience was by far the best one I have had with this auto group. More
