Poor service and even worse work Damaged my coil pack and spark plug boots while doing warranty work. Trustworthy Service! Service manager asked me what he could do for me as soon as I arrived at his desk! When I explained that I had a dead battery he immediately came out Service manager asked me what he could do for me as soon as I arrived at his desk! When I explained that I had a dead battery he immediately came out to the parking lot and looked into the problem and accessed the necessary vin number to determine if the warranty was still in effect. Vehicle was returned in less than two hours with a new battery! Excellent speedy knowledgeable assistance! More
