Monroe's top GM Dealership Just leased a 2018 GMC Terrain. I found a couple minor flaws the day after while drying after a quick wash with the back bumper cover and splash guard Just leased a 2018 GMC Terrain. I found a couple minor flaws the day after while drying after a quick wash with the back bumper cover and splash guard locks leaving a gap between the two plastic parts, along with a broken clip on a rear door weather strip. It happens! Called my salesperson the same day and he promptly contacted the service department on Monday morning, who then contacted me to bring buy on my day off to see what was needed to resolve these minor issues. After a short wait it was checked out! They will be replacing three parts that are now on order. I don't suspect that I will have anything other than a pleasant experience when I return. I know that Groulx Automotive prides itself on it's top notch service department. I know, I bought my last new vehicle there! More

A day at the dealership I hate going in to any dealership I’d rather go to the dentist and get my teeth pulled , but Doug was able to get me in and out with a loaner car so I I hate going in to any dealership I’d rather go to the dentist and get my teeth pulled , but Doug was able to get me in and out with a loaner car so I could be on my way , the only issue I had and it wasn’t any fault of the dealership is I have a transmission issue that’s unresolved because GM has yet to issue a fix for the problem.
