Its too bad you feel that way. You bought your vehicle over a year and a half ago and when you left the lot everything worked great! Its amazing how many people buy vehicles from us and never have any issues like you're having (approx. 160 cars per month), not to mention, if you purchased a warranty or service plan like we recommend we would take care of any such issues or at least help with them. However, as it is obvious, it is easy for someone to not get their way and blow things out of proportion. Unfortunately there are some unreasonable people out there these days who are just unhappy and nothing you do can make them happy. I sincerely wish you the best and hope things look up for you soon. Thank you for your review.

To Grote Automative repond to my reveiw on 08/05/2014: Untrue statement I did not purchase my vehicle one year and half ago when I post my reveiw. As of today date 08/05/2015 it not been a year yet. When I wrote the review it was six months or less after I purchased the van. I started having problems with van two weeks after I purchased the van. Grote keep refusing to take care of the problems I listed in my review. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau in July 2015 and receive check in the mail because I had prove of my phone calls, emails and even come in to Grote they refused to fix the problems. So Grote lying and responded back to this review lying no it was not a year and half after I purchased vehicle. I got my check in the mail from my complaint with the BBB for Grote. Buying Beware.

The warranty they sold me which SALEMEN said it would coverage all but no it only cover engine, transmission.My problems with heat and air conditioning etc. happen two weeks after purchased. I did buy warranty and gap insurance this not first time I every purchased a vehicle I should went through Bart Car Sale they would of fixed it free of charge right then and there not avoid a customer. Never had a problem with Bart Car sales in the past I should of went with them. I just can't believe after so many months after my review and I got my check in the mail from my complaint to BBB . It funny Grote would even respond back now and make it sound like I brought vehicle a year and half ago and say I did not purchased a warranty. Is all lies I wonder if I get more money from Grote for slander they stated false statement toward me on here for all to see. Buyer Beware.
