Highly recommend De'Sirae was helpful from the beginning of the whole process. She wasn't judgmental about the buyers credit score, which deserves 5 stars in itself. Great Experience at Grote! Robbie was very helpful in finding my new car. He was willing to take the time and show me as many vehicles as I needed to see until I found the perfe Robbie was very helpful in finding my new car. I really appreciated the time and patience he had while my family and I were at the dealership. Thanks Robbie! After finding the right vehicle and signing ask the paperwork and driving away that day, the next day, John calied my fiance and I and said that he found us a much better rate and could save us a lot of money. Sure enough, even though the deal was done and he didn't have to keep digging into our contact he did and almost cut our interest rate in half. He lowered our payment 50 dollars a month AND included a warranty which we couldn't afford the first time we signed. John really went above and beyond and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service he provided. Thanks John! More
