Hi Katrina, We understand that it is frustrating to have to have a vehicle in for repair. We are happy that we were able to make sure your vehicle is repaired and safely back on the road. It was also our pleasure to provide the daily rental fee for an Enterprise rental car for the entire time. Grote Automotive does have a policy of paying only for the daily rental and not the customer elected insurance coverage. We apologize if that was not made clear at Enterprise at the time of rental.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and let us know what kind of experience you had with us. We know it is frustrating when credit issues get in the way of the things we want to do. We work very hard to get our customers financed with the many lenders that we have relationships. There are times that the banks stipulate how we are to proceed based on a customer's credit history. We are happy to have our credit planning specialist sit down with you and map out a plan. You're correct, we do typically have a few commercials running with different promotions because we attempt to offer choices to our customers.
