This was the first and last time that I'll ever buy a vehicle from this sales person or this dealership! There are many reasons. Mostly was my concern of buying a good RELIABLE vehicle. Purchasing th vehicle from this sales person or this dealership! There are many reasons. Mostly was my concern of buying a good RELIABLE vehicle. Purchasing the vehicle I did turned out to be an expensive mistake that I'll be paying off for years! I was told about tire "sensors" that needed to be replaced. This was the explanation given to me by Jay. He said it was no concern because I could get them fixed near me and that Grote would pay for the repair. When I tried to reach Jay after the sale, he avoided the numerous contact attempts I made. I finally called and spoke to his manager. I was asked if I had it in writing. I explained that I did not, but the promise to have them fixed occurred before the actual purchase. The manager gave in eventually but the work had to be done 1 time only. I explained that I had no expectations of having them fix it multiple times. I wasn't able to take the car in because after driving it for a few days, the engine blew when I was driving my sister to dialysis. So an extra, very expensive repair was required. $12, 500 at the dealership. I have a mechanic who saved me several thousands of dollars... Buyers beware! Even if you're in a pickle, don't get weighed down with a lemon deal! More

I was a co-signer for a loan for my son when I went to get my own car through them I was denied so after I talked with them for 3 days and they assured me that I would be driving home with a vehicle I got get my own car through them I was denied so after I talked with them for 3 days and they assured me that I would be driving home with a vehicle I got dropped off there and was stranded they did not honor their word this place is horrible as a Christian woman I cannot understand why these people lied to me for 3 days straight so before you go there make sure that you have transportation there and back because they do not honor their word More

Process of getting credit approved and loan approval very good but when going to pick up vehicle up they dropped the ball totally. Sales rep did not remember us and of our appt. to pick up vehicle so needle good but when going to pick up vehicle up they dropped the ball totally. Sales rep did not remember us and of our appt. to pick up vehicle so needless to say it was not ready and had to make arrangements again to take back forservice check and oil change. More
