Amazing service for the second time in a month! I just bought my second xv crosstrek from groove in a month due to a crazy accident that totaled the first one. The service the first time when I bought from Charlie was excellent and the car kept me completely safe and uninjured from a run in with multiple elk so I decided to go back to groove again. Charlie was busy when I arrived but had pulled up a crosstrek in the color I originally wanted the first time but they didn't have in stock and had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign to make things as easy as possible. He was busy at the time so LB actually took care of the whole sales process from start to finish. He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable and was even able to throw in the one accessory the new crosstrek didn't have compared to the old one for free. Overall Charlie and LB really did an amazing job getting me back on the road again as quickly and easily as possible. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Subaru Go to groove and seek out Charlie or LB if they want a relaxed positive sales experience. More
