Chris is an excellent communicator who answered all of our questions, returned our phone calls and emails promptly, and engaged in honest negotiations. We did not have to play the "price game" with Chris and his managers. We negotiated a good deal fairly quickly, without anxiety or angst. Additionally, Chris has thorough knowledge of the Subaru product line and explained all features effectively. Chris did not once attempt to upsell us.
