She was incredibly helpful during the entire process, she answered each and every question I had even if my questions were not related to her job she found a way to accomplish what I asked. She also insured that I enjoyed my purchase by checking on me at later dates. I highly recommend going to this establishment and have had family and friends purchase vehicles through Joanna there as well. Joanna will be the one person I go to when purchasing vehicles in the future, she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
