Jeremy responded quickly to my initial inquiry on the used car at Groove and we set up an appointment for later than afternoon. I hadn't necessarily planned on purchasing the car that evening, but the process, from the test drive to the quick negotiation on pricing, was so efficient, I left that evening in my new (used) SUV. I originally had brought my car in for a repair, but ultimately I purchased a new WRX because the deal I got was too good to pass up. When I decided to look at a new WRX (this is my second), Jeremy was the one to help me. There was not any time where I felt pressured during my purchase. Jeremy was patient, funny, and was wonderful during the entire process. Any questions I had, he was able to get an answer fast, and he never came across as impatient. Even with my husband who is notorious for making sure the purchase was not rushed, and researches everything as much as he can, not once did Jeremy lose patience with us. He made sure I got the best deal I could, and even after purchasing he still made sure I was happy, with the occasional check in to see if I was still happy. Even a year later he and I are still in contact, and any question I have even a year later he still is happy to go out of his way to see if he can get the questions or problems answered. Would I buy from Jeremy again? Heck yeah I would. I'm also more than happy to recommend him to anyone considering buying a car from Groove Subaru, and have no hesitation doing so. More

The power of "Yes!" I showed up at Groove with an idea of the vehicle I wanted to drive home. Groove did not have the particular vehicle in a color I wanted on the lot, b I showed up at Groove with an idea of the vehicle I wanted to drive home. Groove did not have the particular vehicle in a color I wanted on the lot, but Jonathan took quite a bit of time to show me different comparable options that were available. Jonathan had extensive knowledge about the different models and options available and was able to answer nearly every question we had. When I chose the car I wanted, Jonathan was able to make a deal that worked for me and I wound up buying one the same day. Despite being at the dealership for an entire afternoon, it didn't feel like it! Jonathan had a sense of humor, which worked well when dealing with my family for the afternoon (believe me, we cracked numerous jokes about their "Yes" tagline). The experience was not your typical anxiety inducing car buying experience. We would recommend this dealership and tell everyone to talk to Jonathan! More
