Outstanding Customer Service! On 5 seperate visits with the Heuberger Dealership in CoSprings, over a 3-month period, I tried to learn more information about the different Outback/ On 5 seperate visits with the Heuberger Dealership in CoSprings, over a 3-month period, I tried to learn more information about the different Outback/Forrester models. Every time that I entered the dealership the majority of their representatives sat around at desks playing on their phones, some even spun their chairs out of boredom, but except for the lady at the front desk no one else felt the need to worry about incoming costomers. Not one of the rep knew the vehicles specs and could not answer any of my questions regarding either Subaru Models. I had a different rep every time I tried again to find out more on seperate visits to Heuberger. I never owned or looked at Subaru vehicles before so I had lots of questions. The Heuberger reps even mentioned that they are not used to questions since their cars sell on their own, so in-deph knowledge about what their selling is not needed. When the rep realized that I was not ready to sign a contract for what he pushed on me, the rep just walked off to the next customer! Absolutely no customer service skills at Heuberger! I decided to contact and drive to Groove in Denver. All Groove reps were busy taking care of their customers. None of the Groove reps were sitting around looking bored or playing on their phones! At Groove, at least one rep is always standing at the door to hold it open when you come in or are leaving. My family and I received full attention and First class customer service from Jeremy. Jeremy answered all my questions, went out of his way in every aspect to make sure all questions or concerns were fully addressed! Jeremy had outstanding knowledge of all vehicles and models asked about! I purchased my vehicle with Jeremy because of the First ClassCustomer Service and excellent knowledge Jeremy has, and will recommend Jeremy and Groove Subaru to all of my friends in Colorado Springs. Every mile driven to Grove Subaru in Denver from CoSprings was well worth it! More

I have had to question sales people in the past because I felt like they were trying to sneak something by me. I never felt this with Michael and while I never actually visited another dealer, I did do considerable research online and felt like I was probably getting the best deal I could find elsewhere. Michael also followed up with me numerous times to make sure all was ok and I had no other questions or concerns and I certainly appreciated him going above and beyond the call of duty!! A "typical car salesman" he is not!! I heard he moved to help start up a new Groove location selling used cars. He will probably soar there as well and all I can say is that I'm very grateful he waa at Groove when I purchased the car in Dec!! Take advantage of the Encore program, if you still have time! Brendan Hancock was great going over certain features and I learned quite a few things in the 20 minutes I was there. The $50 gas card was icing on the cake! Unfortunately, my experiences with their service dept were considerably less positive but perhaps I will be pleasantly surprised if I do use them in the future.... More
