As a person who likes to investigate things on my own a bit, I thought I was simply getting more info, but it turned out I was being "pitched" to. John was the only salesperson to provide information, no pressure, & a bit of space to chew on my decision before reaching out again. When I finally decided, he offered to meet me before the dealership opened and much before his normal shift. He made the process fun & was incredibly personable.
