He quickly located the vehicles I had identified as candidates online. Jeremy was able to tune into what I was seeking and made a few excellent suggestions I had not considered. When I decided to make an offer on a vehicle, Jeremy was incredibly patient and helpful working with me to secure to proper financing in addition to my down payment. As a younger, first time, buyer he also advised me beyond my purchase on the benefits to making regular car payments to help bolster my credit as I electively do not keep any credit cards. When it came time to drive my new car off the lot, Jeremy was there to sync my phone to the car's Bluetooth and pointed out some of the additional features I wasn't yet familiar with. Not only did I fully enjoy my drive home, I genuinely enjoyed my experience at Groove and I know this is thanks to Jeremy "holding my hand" through the entire process. Chris essentially worked the car buying process in reverse by taking my stated payment and matching me to a great vehicle that fit instead of attempting to see if I could stretch my budget by showing me vehicles that might spark an impulse reaction. Not to say I left with a medicore vehicle as the 2017 legacy2.5i premium was an upgrade to the 2013 impreza I had in every way with the same payments I was used to.
