Surprisingly great car buying experience! I had a great experience with Groove Subaru, specially with Del Steckman. I filled out a car buying interest from and Del called me shortly after to a I had a great experience with Groove Subaru, specially with Del Steckman. I filled out a car buying interest from and Del called me shortly after to ask more about what I was interested in, the car I was trading in, any questions I had...etc. We talked for about a week through phone/email talking about what I wanted and making sure I'd have all the paperwork ready for my trade-in. The day I was going in Del let me know that the car I had been interested in was sold, but he was able to show me a different trim (better trim) and the deal worked out great. He was very thorough and explaining everything about the car and answering all my questions. This was the first car I was buying by myself and it went 100% better than I anticipated. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in less than 3 hours. Groove also offered to match the same trade-in appraisal CarMax gave me, which made the process even easier. I would definitely recommend Del and Groove for anyone interested in buying a Subaru. More

Great visit I visited the dealership to see if a minivan they had would fit the bill for my family.
