My first purchase with a dealer. This was my first purchase from a dealer with financing and non-existent credit. James in the loan department visited several different banks/lenders This was my first purchase from a dealer with financing and non-existent credit. James in the loan department visited several different banks/lenders trying to find someone who will work with me and my situation. He pooled all his chips and resources and was able to find me a the loan I needed at less than half the interest of everyone I'd talked to..Even my own 2 banks! Imagine that?! I knew the type of car I wanted going in, and when I called Jeremy led me in the right direction. Perfect choice! The biggest part of this is that there were some issues with the glass almost all around from the previous owner scratching it with a scraper/rock?! At the time of sale we agreed to replace the window and have an estimate of buffing out the scratches. The window was replaced as promised, but the scratches were questionable. Now, at this point I believe Jeremy could have told me it was an "as is" sale, because, in my inexperience, I signed and did not get the scratches in writing. I expressed my concerns to him about what would be fair to me, and hopefully fair to the dealership. Jeremy contacted his boss and was able to get two more windows replaced. All of this was done within a timely fashion. I thoroughly enjoy the vehicle, and the level of service I received. In the end it boiled down to them wanting a satisfied customer, and I believe they were sucessful. More

Fun, quick, and simple!!!!! When I arrived at the dealership, my new outback (which I LOVE) was detailed, ready for pick up, and there was a shiny red bow on top! It started with an innocuous email from us to Groove asking about a deal we saw in an email, when we immedi We just leased a 2017 Outback from Groove. It started with an innocuous email from us to Groove asking about a deal we saw in an email, when we immediately received a return email from both Alexis and Chris Giordano asking how he could be of help. He was so helpful with our questions and what vehicles he had, we agreed to test drive. After a lot of online research and talking, I went to test drive a few vehicles and we talked about some monetary options. Chris was helpful and thorough with explaining all our options and the differences between the two vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I went back together the next afternoon (a Saturday). We went for test drives with Chris taking the time the go over how eyesight and other safety additions worked. After getting back to the dealership, we went over all the numbers and he worked with us in getting us into the amazing 2017 Outback Limited - loaded with every feature we wanted. Even though it was getting late on a Saturday, we never felt rushed while we were trying to make our decision. Chris was more than willing to keep working with us, no matter the day or time. There was never any pressure or games the whole time we were with Chris, he was professional, easy going, and extremely pleasant to work with. In the end, we left in a new 2017 pearl red Outback, exactly all the features we wanted and payments we wanted. Ordered and Purchased 2017 Subaru Forester I am a long-term customer at Groove and have used this facility since 1994 (formerly Burt) for the three Subaru's I have owned over the years. I curr I am a long-term customer at Groove and have used this facility since 1994 (formerly Burt) for the three Subaru's I have owned over the years. I currently have a 2000 Forester and 2002 Legacy. This dealership has kept them running like new! My favorite Service Advisor is Brett Tossie, who has helped me since 1994. We ordered a new Forester to be built with the options we desired. I worked with Dan Cassin to get the car ordered. He was excellent and kept me up to date on the status of delivery. Dan and Chris Giordano finalized the details when the car arrived. I will continue to use Groove for service on the three Subaru's I now own. Great team!! More
