There was a slight issue with my paperwork (the first finance guy I dealt with left the company without telling others to finish my deal), and even though it wasn't Elias's department, he followed up with the necessary people to ensure it got fixed. I bought my car on Saturday the next day I noticed a scratch I went back to groove on Monday March 27th and they were very understanding and help satisfy my needs. I had only wanted to see the forester when I came in but saw the cross trek and wanted to test drive it as well. He was patient with my questions and again answered with genuinity. In the end, the team wanted to me leave happy and with no buyers remorse, which was definitely the case. I left feeling excited for my new car and purchase.
