Terrible service The worst place in the world to deal with. I would give them no stars if I could but this has to possibly be one of the worst dealerships I have ever The worst place in the world to deal with. I would give them no stars if I could but this has to possibly be one of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. Sold me a car that leaked from day one. A certified Groove Subaru and after 2 times trying to fix they had my car for 3 weeks they said it was all good. Still leaked. I should have taken else where then but warranty was thru them and figured a certified tech should be able to fix. They then had another go at it , failing again. Had a few other things done that didn't get fixed either and having to wait to fix. Now haven't had car for over 2 weeks. No updates in between just silence. Finally I had to call and the service counter person tells me that parts will be in next day. They are handling. Will be done tomorrow. 3 days later I finally get a call and it ready. To drive 25 miles to pick up and they hadn't even touched it. Still not fixed. If you looking to get screwed this is the place. More

When I initially made an inquiry through the Subaru website, I was inundated with emails, tex I'd recommend John to anyone looking to purchase a car. When I initially made an inquiry through the Subaru website, I was inundated with emails, texts, & calls from local dealerships. As a person who likes to investigate things on my own a bit, I thought I was simply getting more info, but it turned out I was being "pitched" to. John was the only salesperson to provide information, no pressure, & a bit of space to chew on my decision before reaching out again. When I finally decided, he offered to meet me before the dealership opened and much before his normal shift. He made the process fun & was incredibly personable. When I gave him a # he did everything in his power and ended up getting me there. I love my new Outback! I know I'll be back to work with John and Groove in the future! More
