Buying a car has been less than stellar for me in the past, bu I had a great experience at Groove Subaru this past July while leasing a 2017 Forester. Buying a car has been less than stellar for me in the past, but this time was painless and almost fun thanks to the salesman I worked with, Brendan Hancock. Brendan was extremely knowledgeable about Groove's inventory of cars and he helped me pick the right one for my needs and budget (which ended up saving me almost $300 in monthly payments from my previous car!) He explained all of the features of the car to me in an easy to understand way, even things I didn't know I cared about but now love (like voice texting and the different turbo modes in my Forester). Brendan went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of and was available to text or call if I needed help with anything else, even well after I had purchased the car. Pricing and financing details were laid out very clearly, and I never felt confused or pressured during the entire process. Overall I had a really good experience here and would definitely return to Groove to purchase my next car. More
