Knowledgeable, efficient, they love their Subarus I have had two Subarus from Groove now. I leased a 2014 Impreza in 2014. They made it as painless as possible to lease it, and they always had fantast I have had two Subarus from Groove now. I leased a 2014 Impreza in 2014. They made it as painless as possible to lease it, and they always had fantastic deals on oil changes and service. I recently turned my Impreza in for a Crosstrek. I worked with Jameson and Del, and those guys were fantastic! Even with me being super needy and pestering them with questions over about a weeks time, they both worked hard to make sure I got a car I would love at a great price. I test drove multiple cars, and had endless questions, and they were both knowledgeable and confident. I settled on a premium Crosstrek with the eyesight package. When I turned in my Impreza, they made the inspection easy, since it was in good shape, and they didn't charge me for a couple of hail dents on the roof. I expected to spend the whole day there to complete the trade in, but I was done in only a few hours. Jameson even came in on his day off (which was also his birthday) to make sure everything was squared away. Overall, great place, and great people that love Subarus. More
