Friendly, Honest, No Pressure I have never looked forward to buying a car, but I love my Subaru and was told by a coworker to check out Groove Subaru. There was no pressure, there was no heckling, and as a woman buying a car I appreciated that I was not talked down to. Nathan was kind, informed and went the extra mile to make sure that all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable about my new Sube. The price was fair and they were transparent about all costs and additional packages as well as the value of my trade in. Chris was very transparent and friendly on the financial side of things, He gave us all our options and was happy to give me the time I needed to select the best option, he even laid everything out on a monthly budget after I shared my mouthly expenditures and where a vehicL would fit. This extra step allowed me to see the full picture of my investment. Finally Ryan made sure we felt welcomed and was there for us every step of the way. Groove employees worked as a team to give me the best car buying experience I have had, and I look forward to visiting them for future purchases. More

Arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Josh Federico who was pleasant and ready to get to work. We went on the test drive and the car was even cleaner than I anticipated. During the test drive Josh let me drive as long as I wanted and was not pushing the car or the sale in any way, he was just pleasant to deal with and a good guy. I have dealt with other Groove dealerships and have always had a good experience. When we were working over the numbers I got a fair trade-in value and they made it easy. I was not ready to buy the car and needed to return to the dealership and they fully understood that without being pushy. Financing the car was relatively quick and the transaction was done with Josh being present during the entire transaction ensuring it went smoothly (even though it was late Friday night). I would recommend this dealership to my friends for a used car. More
