As soon as I walked in Nate Dwyer greeted me at the door, I knew I wanted a subaru but didn't exactly know what I was looking for, nate sat me down before going out on the lot and listened to my wants and needs that I would like in my next car. After chatting for about ten minutes he helped narrow down my search to an impreza or crosstrek, we went out and looked at both and I just completely fell in love with the impreza! After test driving he showed me some options I had when it came to pricing and saving me the most money between leasing and financing, I didn't end up buying that day but I will definitely be back next week to see him to finalize my purchase on a new 2017 Impreza!! I truly felt that he cared about finding me the right car that fit me and my lifestyle and making sure I got a great deal. I would recommend Nate Dwyer to Anyone looking for a new subaru or used car! Great experience finding a used Crosstrek I had been looking for a used Crosstrek for a couple of weeks and came to Groove when I was getting ready to buy something. Jim Hatch was my dealer an I had been looking for a used Crosstrek for a couple of weeks and came to Groove when I was getting ready to buy something. Jim Hatch was my dealer and showed me some various options and helped me find something I really liked but was a little over my budget, so they gave me a really fair deal that I felt good about. They made the whole transaction really easy for me and while I didn't have a car for 2 days, Jim was kind enough to give me a ride home from the dealership and pick me up from work to get my new car when it was ready. He was honest, down to earth and didn't put any pressure on me while I decided on a car for a few days, which I really appreciated after having been pressured for weeks to buy cars I wasn't totally happy with. I will definitely recommend Groove to any friends looking for new or used Subarus! More
