Superb Salesman When I purchased my vehicle from Groove Subaru it was a stress free process with Jeff Adsit. I wasn't certain whether I wanted an Outback or Forester When I purchased my vehicle from Groove Subaru it was a stress free process with Jeff Adsit. Disappointed Service I took my Subaru Legacy in for an oil change and a multi-point inspection in January and left with a service report of needing almost $5,000 in work. I took my Subaru Legacy in for an oil change and a multi-point inspection in January and left with a service report of needing almost $5,000 in work. Head gasket repair, arm bushings, steering rack, transmission flush, timing belt, etc.. Almost every other time I come into this Subaru, I either need a tremendous amount of work done or none at all. I brought my car back to have the cabin air filter changed on March 18th and asked for another multi-point inspection and mentioned the steering was being weird. When they called me out, I needed absolutely no work done. Amazing that the last time I was here, I needed all that was mentioned above done and now my car is in perfect running condition. When I asked about the steering, the girl said, oh xxxx. Another man was there also and I mentioned all of the above work that I was told that I needed and he seemed confused. He mentioned that they didn't left the car to look underneath. What is included in the multi-point inspection then? He proceeded to take my car back to take a look at all of the above that I mentioned and when he came to get me, said that it didn't look like anything was wrong to him. Now, one of your technicians either needs more training or shouldn't be working there if they are not able to diagnose a Subaru at a Subaru dealership properly. I was told I would receive a call on 3/20 in regards to this and haven't heard anything. Now I feel worried and unsure about whether or not to trust this Subaru or if they are even being honest about what work I actually need done. Or they are just trying to scam Subaru owners who don't know much about cars out of their hard earned money. Either way, being a customer, im supposed to trust that I am getting the best service and I don't consider every other time I bring my car in, either being told it's great or it's terrible. I'm extremely disappointed in the service here and I'm unsure as to whether I need all of this work done or if I'm being lied to. More
