We test drove it. and he showed me all the features about the car. We talked about the trade value of my car and came up with a fair price. I leased my car and in just minutes we settled on a price. That simple. Josh made my wife and I very comfortable and showed extreme respect towards us. My new car was prepped and presented to us. Within the first week I caught a screw in my tire and Josh had the dealership replace the tire free of charge. Six weeks later, I was offered to have a class (one on one) with Brendan Hancock to go over any questions about the electronics of the car which I fully recommend, the features on this car is great.
