Best car sales rep EVER!! on 04-18-2017 I contacted groove Subaru and spoke to Josh about wanting to trade in my Vw Jetta for a newer car. Josh was the most polite sales rep i came in contact with, since looking for a new car, He was also able to get the price of the car i wanted down to payments i was able to make. Every step was easy and amazing outside of the financing. This is the very first time that I purchased a car and I had a lot of worries involved with it. Jeremy was a wonderful person to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable of the product that he sells and was able to answer all of my questions. He also worked with me to acquire a loan to get my vehicle. All-in-all, if I ever need a new car when I am still in Colorado, he will be the only person that I work with. I cannot stress enough how helpful he was. I was also assisted by Jeff Adsit. He responded in a prompt manner to all of my emails in regards to my potential vehicles. That being said, Joe Schlitter was a bit too pushy with the warranty. I realize that extended warranties are pure profit and are sought after from consumers. That does not excuse his behavior. Upon my initial declination, he probed to find out why I did not want to purchase one, a classic sales technique. I explained how I did not want to spend additional funds on the vehicle as I am already surpassing my initial budget. He counter-offered by lowering the price of the warranty to which I declined a second time. His overall demeanor towards me change instantly when he realized that he was not going to be able to sell me this additional warranty. During the rest of my time working with him, he must have pushed this warranty back into the conversation at least six-to-eight more times. I am absolutely frustrated with how aggressive Joe was with me and will refuse to work with him if I ever return. I did just receive a phone call from Joe apologizing in regards to his behavior. It takes integrity to own up to a mistake and I do appreciate it. Hopefully, that experience will be avoided for future customers. More

Trading up made easy I have to say, upgrading from my 2015 to a 2017 was the easiest thing ever.
