Over exceeded expectations I went to Groove only knowing I wanted a Subaru but not which one and not knowing if I could get one on my own. Dan Cassin was my Sales Associate and guided me to the perfect vehicle. A vehicle in my price range and ultimately the best vehicle for my lifestyle. The process did not start out perfectly (due to my credit score) but Dan and Groove Subaru were willing and able to work through all the frustration and get me out of there with an amazing Subaru! Blew Me Away! First let me start by saying that from the moment I walked into Groove Subaru, Patrick at the front desk was friendly, kind and greeted me warmly. I shared with him that I had searched Groove's inventory online and I knew which Forrester I wanted to test drive. He introduced me to Maggy...and get ready for me to gush about this woman! I knew from the moment I met her that I could trust her, she was real, authentic and the last thing from a pushy car salesperson with an agenda. We test drove the Forrester and talked about my not-so-perfect credit and she reassured me that they'd make it work. I only had an hour to spend with Maggy and in that time she was able to put together a payment plan that I was happy with. Before I came to Groove, I had visited AutoNation and the car salesman I worked with made feel embarrassed about my credit history and promised to call me back in one hour with payment plan options and didn't return my call for five hours!! Needless to say they lost my business and I'm happy they did because, I felt proud to purchase my Subaru from Groove. When it came time to meet with the finance manager, Chris, he was also so authentic and so kind. I have dealt with several pushy finance managers in the past who are hell-bent on up-selling your monthly payments to include alarm systems and extras, etc. Chris asked if I was interested in the extra options and when I declined he was very respectful. He is also a Bears fan so I love him for that alone! Overall, I really felt cared about at Groove. I really felt that Maggy (and the entire team) cared about me as a person, and put my needs before their agendas. I absolutely love my Forrester and can't imagine driving anything but a Subaru now- especially since I know I have people that have my back and that I can trust in the future when it comes time for me to purchase my next Subaru. More

Jon kept me updated regularly. He was VERY responsive to question I had via texting. We flew in late. Jon picked us up at the hotel in the morning.
