Jeremy was very helpful in showing me the car I was interested in, as well as answering my questions. I enjoyed him calm demeanor and low pressure approach. Ultimately, we managed to negotiate a price on a vehicle that I felt was reasonable deal for both parties involved. That said, the financing department was a slightly different story. I went into this with pre-approval from my preferred lender and mentioned a few times that I wasn't interested in using their preferred lender. Even after that, the guy working in the financing department still tried pressuring me to switched to their lender and seemed shocked when I politely declined. All in all, I would definitely recommend Jeremy and Groove as a whole for anyone looking to purchase a new or used Subaru. More
