CHRIS WAS THE MAN. BEFORE WE EVER GOT TO A TEST RIDE, CHRIS POINTED OUT THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE CAR, CAREFULLY EXPLAINING THE BENEFITS TO ME WHILE BUILDING THE CAR'S VALUE. AFTER A FEW TEST DRIVES, I INFORMED CHRIS THAT I HAD MADE A DECISION TO PURCHASE THE "SPORT" IMPREZA. AFTER SOME DISCUSSION WITH CHRIS (AND OF COURSE MY WIFE), I REALIZED THAT I WANTED THE LIMITED EDITION FOR THE ALL OF THE SAFETY FEATURES BUT IN "LAPIS BLUE". CHRIS, WITH "LASER GUIDED PASSION AND FOCUS" FOUND MY CAR WITH THE HELP OF MANAGEMENT FOR A DEALER SWAP (TAKING ABOUT 20-30 DAYS). THE NEXT DAY I CALLED CHRIS TO TELL HIM, FOR VARIOUS REASONS, THAT I NEEDED SOMETHING SOONER. OF COURSE, BY THE END OF THE DAY HE CAME THROUGH. FAST FORWARD TO THE PRESENT. I AM THOROUGHLY ENJOYING MY NEW CAR AND GREATFUL THAT I HAD SOMEONE LIKE CHRIS WHO MADE MY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE BOTH SEAMLESS AND ENJOYABLE. KUDOS! More

Helped beyond what was expected. I came in to get some warranty work done i didnt know what to do without having a car to use.
