I've been searching Subarus since I've realized that it is the car to have if you live in CO (we lived in South FL most or our lives..no need for AWD there!), Anyways, we were at Trader Joe's that Saturday afternoon when I told my son "why don't we google a Subaru dealer nearby and go check out the cars", that's how we ended up at Groove Subaru. We met Jeremy Horwath and after explaining what we were looking for he made it work for us!! He was very helpful, we felt no pressure at all during the process, he worked with us..and a few hours later my son had a new 2017 Impreza!!! I will definitely go back to Jeremy H. at Groove Subaru for our future cars. I already told my family about how great our experience with JH was!!! More

Purchased 2017 Forester XT I am a USAA member who was put in contact with Jon Norris at Groove Subaru. I worked with Jon and he had ordered the car I wanted and it arrived 2 wee I am a USAA member who was put in contact with Jon Norris at Groove Subaru. I worked with Jon and he had ordered the car I wanted and it arrived 2 weeks early. On the day of picking up my new car Jon had everything ready for my new Forester. Great Experience that Exceeded Expectations Starting out I was not looking forward to the process of getting a new car. The last time I did it (at a different dealership) left me with a bad tas Starting out I was not looking forward to the process of getting a new car. The last time I did it (at a different dealership) left me with a bad taste in my mouth. This experience at Groove was much better than the last time, and was about as easy as I could have imagined a new car experience to be. I started my new car search online when I put in for info with a few dealerships around Denver online. I got connected with a few salesmen, including Del at Groove, and it became apparent from the beginning that he was going to be the one I was going to start out working with. When everyone else was trying to push me out of my price range and into a more expensive vehicle than I was looking for, Del was very upfront with me on what types of vehicles I was looking at for my price range. He helped me with info and research before I came in which was helpful for me to figure out what I wanted. When I went in to look at cars, the entire process was very smooth and low-pressure. Del had the cars I wanted to drive set up and ready for me to drive. Del and the rest of the folks I worked with were very low-pressure, and helped me work through what type vehicle I wanted and the monthly payment I was able to afford. Overall the process was low stress, especially compared to previous car buying experiences. I ended up leasing a new Outback, which I absolutely love. Pricing ended up being better than expected as the team was able to give me a good deal. I would recommend going to Groove and working with Del for anyone who is in the market for a new Subaru. More

easy experience today this young man David was approaching me when I started looking around--in a friendly and not-pushy manner. I had pretty precise ideas and I decided on a car that would suit me, Then I stressed it would depend on the deal I could negotiate and he talked to his boss, and the first deal was not good enough for me, but the second offer suited me. David is intelligent and responsive and so it worked. Since I had come in my car he offered to deliver my new Subaru to my house and he went over all the features to make me comfortable with it. An intelligent, friendly, and very helpful young man. A note not about him but how Subaru works: In my VW all maintenance was covered under the 3-year warranty and now I had to pay a lot extra for that maintenance contract, didn't like that at all But that's not his fault, and he made my experience as pleasant as he possibly could, when I really did not feel well, but had to get it done for various reasons. I never felt pressured in any way to purchase, but with the selection they had, of course I did! I am now driving a beautiful Jeep Liberty and it is the perfect car for me. After a minor problem I had with it, I brought it into the dealership to get recommendations on it, and they completely took care of everything for me! Their warranty covered it and they put me into a new awesome rental from Subaru, free of charge! They were so professional and kept me calm through my total freak out. 😁 I will be a lifetime customer of this place and send all of my family and friends this way! I look forward to seeing them soon to purchase a new car for my husband. So happy! More
