I had my Legacy for 12 years and although it was like cutting off my right arm to admit, the car was having serious issues and was well over 200,000 miles. We expressed our interest in trying several models of Subaru cars to Dan and he was accommodating and kind the entire time. We drove one, two, three, even four that first night. We left still undecided. Dan sent us a couple of cars that came in Certified Pre Owned over text. It took a few weeks, but after looking at smaller dealerships and dealing with the cheesy stereotype car salesmen, we were ready to revisit Groove Subaru. They had two vehicles that seemed to be good matches for us--an Outback and a Forester. We returned and test drove both. A mere 30 minutes before they closed, we decided to buy the Forester. Dan and Joe at the dealership took great care of us. They even gave us some accommodating options when our down payment check didn't clear that night and we were left waiting for our money. We picked the car up the next day and the process couldn't have gone smoother on their end. I would highly recommend working with Dan and Joe at Groove Subaru! More

I have never had such a good experience with a car dealer. Everything was new to me as I have never had a leased vehicle before but they were all very patient with me and explained all of it to my delight and satisfaction. I am sure to have more questions down the line but I feel very comfortable asking for the information and I know that I will get straight answers and won't be made to feel like a fool for asking the obvious. I know they must get the same questions over and over again but they never showed the least bit of annoyance or impatience. That can be very reassuring to the one who is new to the game and does not clearly see all the factors at play. I was very pleased to have worked with Jonathan Norris. He was very kind and even went out of his way to be helpful and considerate. He never made me feel pressured to do anything and he had all the answers I needed at his fingertips. He was extremely professional and also gave me some time to myself to think about things and then decide on what was the best option for me. Any of the employees or managers I dealt with were very kind, considerate, and above all professional. I have not had such a pleasant experience since I left the Marine Corps, many years ago. It was refreshing and so nice to know that some of the old values are still being applied. I may have rated "customer service" when I have not had the full experience to do so but I do feel that customer service is more than just how they handle the routine maintenance issues and because my experience was positive I have shown a rating in that category. More
