Last month when I had the oil changed in my Crosstrek, I worked with Tiannah. She let me know that I would need new tires before winter came and gave me information on the options. When I felt it was time worked with Tiannah. She let me know that I would need new tires before winter came and gave me information on the options. When I felt it was time to do the replacement, I contacted her, she ordered the tires and we set a day/time for the service. Tiannah kept me posted throughout the day on the status of the replacement. When I picked up my car we went through the probable next service which is to check and possibly replace the brakes. She gave me a time/cost estimate. Throughout - she has provided me the kind of service/information that allows me to have confidence in not only Tiannah but in Groove Subaru - Thank you! More
