I love the car. I don’t believe you should send an email saying the car is one price, and then show a different price at the dealership. This is false advertising. I am still satisfied with my purchase, but would not recommend based on the fact that I paid a much higher price than was advertised. More

I've purchased four prior cars from Burt/Groove Subaru since I moved to Colorado in 2002. I'm always impressed by the quality of the people and the service there. I worked primarily with Todd Connell (Fl since I moved to Colorado in 2002. I'm always impressed by the quality of the people and the service there. I worked primarily with Todd Connell (Fleet/Rental Manager) on my purchase of a new Crosstrek for my daughter to use for her college commute (replacing a 20+ year old vehicle). With my two trade-in vehicles, the sale had the potential to get complicated/messy, but Todd made it a "turn key" event for both me, and my daughter. He took care of us from the jump, and I appreciate it very much. I also appreciate that there were absolutely no surprises throughout the process. Expectations were set early and often, and commitments were kept at every step along the way. More
