My "go to" for used cars! Between my daughters and now my friend, I have been involved in 5 car purchases through Groove! Although they still have the "I have to check through the manager" process, the manager is located in the same room, accessible and willing to discuss concerns/financing/pricing directly if requested. Today we had help from Jonathan, he was attentive and had no problem with us looking up reviews, checking pricing and scrutinizing the Carfax supplied on each car on the lot! Incredibly pushy Matt was insanely pushy. We have gone to numerous dealerships and never been treated so poorly. The groove experience was terrible and Matt completely Matt was insanely pushy. We test drove it. and he showed me all the features about the car. We talked about the trade value of my car and came up with a fair price. I leased my car and in just minutes we settled on a price. That simple. Josh made my wife and I very comfortable and showed extreme respect towards us. My new car was prepped and presented to us. Within the first week I caught a screw in my tire and Josh had the dealership replace the tire free of charge. Six weeks later, I was offered to have a class (one on one) with Brendan Hancock to go over any questions about the electronics of the car which I fully recommend, the features on this car is great.
